TRIECOPACK respects your right to cancel orders and return products in accordance with UK consumer law.

Right to Cancel
You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Returns
Products returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of biodegradable products, please ensure items are unused and clean.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method. Refunds include the cost of the product but exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive damaged or wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

How to Return
Please contact customer service at sales@triecopack.co.uk to initiate returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
